Brian has spent more than 20 years at the intersection of law, public policy, and technology. He served six years as a Managing Director at EY-Parthenon, leading a 50+ person team focused on cybersecurity, data privacy, and responsible AI in transactional contexts, and led 500+ security and privacy assessments. Previously, Brian spent seven years as a U.S. DOJ cybercrime prosecutor, including as National Coordinator for 300 cybercrime prosecutors, and served as an Assistant Attorney General in New York. He also practiced technology and IP litigation at Morrison & Foerster and Paul Weiss. Brian is the co-founder of FormerGov.com, a directory connecting organizations with former government and military professionals.
